Don't ever respond to an unsolicited email, not even to unsubscribe. Doing so confirms to the spammer that yours is a valid email address. I would suggest that you delete those emails immediately without ever opening them. Contact your email provider, as they may have a department that investigates abuse. You may also want to consider getting another email address. Perhaps even have one for junk mail, and one for business, and yet another for personal messages. You can get a free email address from Yahoo and Google. For Google, aka gmail, you do have to be "invited."
