Yes,there is,but unfortunately you're short on detail.
To get a relevant answer you need to supply more info.
Like:How large is the harddrive?
What's the format of the drive? FAT32 or NTFS?
Is this an IDE or SATA drive?
Do you have a working floppy drive or CD/DVD drive?
Is this a second drive?Are you running a dual or multiboot setup?
How did you copy the XP CD contents to this drive?
Can you boot from a USB drive? Depends on BIOS.
