My Word 97 crashed.
I have a Pentium II 266 Mhz. 96 Mb of RAM, 7.0 Maxtor hard drive. Word
97 (as part of Office 97).
When I tried to load Word, Norton Crashguard flashed on with the
message that Word had crashed.
I got the following information when I clicked on details:
"WINWORD.EXE caused fault #c0000005 in WINWORD.EXE at address

What I tried:
1. Deleting Winword.exe and replacing it with this file from the Office
97
CDROM. This gave me an error message.
2. Reinstalling Office 97 didn't work.
3. Uninstalling Office 97 and reinstalling it again didn't work.
What can I do now?
