Jim,
Sorry for stepping into the middle of this, but the file is probably
downloading
just fine. The problem is that your ZIP file extension has somehow been
associated with the Dr. Watson utility that comes with windows. (Dr. Watson
__rarely__ does anything of value - which is why most people have never
heard of it.)
Hal is on the right track though. If you do not have a zip utility
installed on
your PC, then you will not be able to open the file even if you correct the
file association problem.
The good news is.... if you don't have a zip utility, when you DO install
one, it will fix the file association problem all on it's own.
