Morning everyone,

I just got a Dell Dimension, 800Mhz, 256 RAM, win2K.

I customized the 'Tasks' section in Outlook 2000 to use fonts, and font
colors to differentiate between 'categories', importance, etc.

When I open Outlook and go to the Tasks section most, if not all, of the
customization is gone. So I open the inbox, and hit 'Send/Receive', and
when I open Tasks the formatting is back, about 60% of the time. If I need
to, I repeat the inbox process until I get the formatting back, usually no
more than 3 times.

I called Microsoft, but since the app is OEM they don't support it, and sent
me to Dell. So, when I spoke to Dell today, they had no idea what to do, so
their out was, "we are required to make sure you can connect and download
mail, and that's all".

It's a minor problem, but very annoying. I hope someone can help!

Thanks,
Gary
