Sounds good. Now, how do I make archive folders in IE please and thank you? I guess what I need are the actual 'how to steps'.

  Why not make some new ARCHIVE folders in IE and move the old messages there?
  That would keep them right where you can read (or search) them easily.

  If you make a folder every month (or every year), and only add messages
  "once" (or at least not often), they should compact easy and fast.
