I downloaded a web page to My Documents folder. Opened file, web page was
there. Moved file to Desktop. Opened file, no web page, message "The page
cannot be displayed". Moved file back to My Documents folder. Opened
file, no web page, same error message.

Refresh or similar commands are not applicable as URL changed to My
Documents, and then to Desktop. Can only recover web page by going back
to website. Then would still want to know how to keep downloaded web page
from disappearing.
