This is correct. I have done this not too long ago.  When you scroll down
the right screen look for the line that says RegisteredOwner, right click on
this and you will get a small box with a few options, one of them is Modify,
select this and you will be able to change the name. I wasn't prompted to
save any changes after I did it.
