That didn't solve the problem. I removed versions 2.0 and 3.0 beta and reinstalled 2.0011. Didn't help, still stated that Firefox faulted and had to close. One interesting point, even after removing both versions using the Control Panel, 6 mb setup files for earlier versions still existed.

<<<< Here is an easy one – when trying to print using Firefox 2.0 and later 3.0 beta to a Dell 1700n laser printer, I get the error message “Firefox has caused an error and needs to close - Sorry.” The Dell laser printer is set as the default printer and works fine with Internet Explorer 7. The computer is a Dell Dimension 8200 with all the bells and whistles. >>>>
Hi,
this is somewhat understandable with 3.0 beta version since afterall it is only under TEST.
as far as 2.0 is concerned i assume there is some corrupted file related to print command in the browser.
I suggest you uninstall/reinstall version 2.0 and see how it goes.
