Good evening Demitri
I'm going to take a long shot stab at this one.. as I have also
come across this.... on a page that seems to do this when you
click the url/submit button and nothing happens.... try hovering
your mouse over the url/button for a second and watch the address
bar (bottom of netscape... no idea where it is in IE sorry)
most often then not this not proceeding is due to the url/button
process requires java to be enabled and your system may not be
set to java enabled (tools ->preferences-> advanced in netscape
sorry again I don't know the IE equivalent) If this is the case
simply enable java reload the page do what you have to do and
then go back and disable java
I do hope that helps somewhat
