Others might have better ideas, but first thing I'd be doing is checking
memory/resources. Especially if IE starts opening/running very
slowly. Close all non-essential programs and see if any improvement.
Is she running any "skins" ? (They can slow things horribly) . Not much
info here to go on. Did the problem suddenly start, or has it been a
gradual thing? What size computer? How much memory?
If sudden, could any recent installations be possible cause? Web/Download
accelerators?
How long since last registry restoration? Is computer performance
otherwise OK and up to speed?
