Jim,
First, I did fix my original problem by upgrading to IE4 and
Outlook Express. I'm not sure why un-installing , and then
re-installing Internet mail didn't work, but then, I often am able
to figure out what works without knowing exactly why <g>
This still left me with the job of convincing my customers that
this change was for the better. A far easier job than convincing
them to switch to a whole different program.
In this case the choice wasn't mine to make, as the old saying
goes, "The customer is always right"....
