It is good for troubleshooting, or seeing what "Starts UP"
and also seeing where it is getting started from (and from
which of the many startup "places").

With a good fast system and stable OS, It is not a "must
have" or "killer app"...

As with most apps like this, be sure to "undo" settings you
make with it BEFORE you uninstall it (should you ever get rid if it...)

The main reason for having it is to see and do things that are hard
to see or do any other way... (If you should "be doing this" or not
is another question...)
