In Word, go to Tools....Macro .... Record ....

Record a Macro while printing to a particular printer.

Save your Macro ...call it anything like Mymacro .

Right click on the tool bar and use the context menu to select
"Customize". Select the Commands tab.

Scroll down to Macro

Drag your new Macro over to the toolbar and drop it

Select your macro which will now look like text on the toolbar

Use the right context menu to customize it...default style would be icon
only ..or icon and text , or text only.
You can copy and paste another icon and then use edit icon to change it to
look the way you want, or you can use the edit feature to create a new icon.

Back out and you're done. The next time you want to print the current
document to that printer, press your new button (icon).
It will print exactly as you printed before, but you will not be allowed to
input any changes...like even pages only etc.
