Mike:
It is possible that something was added to your toolbar that pushed the URL
address bar off to the side. Perhaps try unselecting some of the things on
your toolbar (like Links or Yahoo Companion if you have that) and your URL
address bar should appear, or at least it did on mine when that happened to
me.
