John,

Somebody has been fooling around in your config.sys file and made some
bad changes.  PROTMAN.DOS has nothing to do with Netscpae, it is part
of windows 95 and actually lives at C:\WINDOWS\PROTMAN.DOS.

Click START - RUN and type config.sys into the white box.
This should load the config file into Notepad and allow you
to make changes.  go to line 15 and make the correction.
