My initial thought is that it wouldn't restore the command, no.
AFAIK, context menu commands are direct results from registry entries.

However, it doesn't hurt to try.

You can activate the copy wizard with this command:

rundll32.exe diskcopy.dll,DiskCopyRunDLL

Enter it in the RUN line.

Let me know what you come up with.
