Hi,
I'm having a problem with a drag in my 3D graphics Screen savers. Also when I go to explore my C drive it will not always show the drop down arrows and I then click on the drive itself. However, when closing any file, whether it be the C Dr or a Doc, Recycle Bin, etc...There is sometimes up to a 5 minute delay before they will close. If I re-click to shut the files down in my task bar I get that damn error box asking me if I wish to send a report to Microsoft, which I don't, because that's a complete waste of time! There's also a problem with my 'send to' menu hanging-up for what seems like ages before finally opening up the send to choices. This computer is only 6 months old and already I've sent it back to HP TWICE for this same problem! Each time they've restored it to it's factory state (naturally!) and claimed it was a corrupted HD. Which, btw, they have supposedly replaced TWICE. Now if they HAVE replaced it, surely the third HD can't be corrupted, too! I think the problem may
be with in the BIOS settings, but I'm not certain. I should mention that each time I've gotten the computer back from HP, it runs fine for about a week and then the problems starts all over. I haven't added any new software since I got the computer back about three weeks ago. I just put the ones back on that I had before, so I don't think it could be a program conflict. Any ideas about what could be causing this would be greatly appreciated.
Jessi
