I hope someone can help me.

Somehow I lost access to System Information under Accessories/System
Tools.

When I click on System Information, I can hear my HD start up and the
little time icon appears, but System Information never opens and my
screen goes back to a regular screen.

I tried reinstalling Windows 98, but that didn't fix it.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
