When in simple programs like notepad (and most NON-MS programs),
I can select text one letter at a time if I want...
When in MS programs (specifically MSIE and MSOE, but others too)
text selection almost becomes a fight between me and "the system".

It basically wants to select too much -- entire words WITH a trailing space
and other automatic nonsense...
I'm hoping there is a setting I have over looked in MSIE and MSOE (for starters).
If this "problem" comes from Office as a shared setting, I don't know how to set
it there either, but have that... Is there an "easy answer" to this?
               Thanks in advance, Rick Glazier
