My computer is connected as a client to an ADSL broadband connection.
The operating system is Windows XP home. When trying to install DirectX
9.0 by starting the downloaded dxwebsetup.exe an error message keeps
appearing "Setup could not download this file. Please retry later or
check network connections". Can anyone offer a solution?.
What are opinions about upgrading to version 9.0.
