Be careful of Lantastic unless you want a peer to peer network.  Novell 3.12
is a real network that must be loaded on a server that dows not double as a
work station.  If you want a peer to peer than Windows for workgroups 3.11
is all you need.

I would stay away from Novell on this and try Artisoft Lantastic.
