Yes, I'm running Windows 98SE right now.  I see that I do have a
write.exe in my Windows directory but when I start it all it does is
start up WordPad.  Also, checking "Write Document" in file associations
shows that "WRI" is associated with WordPad.  Is this the same for
others or is it just me? - private responses to this part and I'll
summarize if needed because I don't think this should be carried on in
the list.
