What you have does a pretty good job of protecting you. I also recommend
SpywareGuard http://wilderssecurity.net/spywareguard.html and SpywareBlaster
http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html.
Regardless of what you have, you should get all "critical" updates from
Windows Update. They patch/"fix" all kinds of vulnerabilities in Internet
Explorer, Outlook Express, and Windows that are discovered after release.
