In many(most?) states, you can walk into the Motor Vehicle Department
with a license plate number and two bucks and walk out with
that car owner's name, address, and driving record.
As for phone numbers..... an unlisted number is an unlisted number
I don't believe that anyone can get that without a court order or warrant.
Sounds like a scam to me.......
Bottom line ==> reputable companies don't send spam.
