Hello all,



    I recently used the System Restore utility that comes with Win XP
professional.  Reason why, I was unable to log onto my machine via the
local network. So I did a  restore from the previous day, when
everything was working properly.  The restore appeared to worked
perfectly. (I was able to logon to the network) But all my Word
documents that were saved in folders on my desktop were missing and
nowhere to be found on the harddrive.  Has anybody else run into a
similar problem with this utility.
