Are USB pen drive "required"?
Make a policy for them (if you use policies), or glue the USB ports shut.
(Or seal them with a tamper proof seal that is easy to see/inspect...)
There are likely many other ways to handle this, but a security related
list might be a better bet... (I don't knowof any...)
