Bill is right, but it is not "just" burned to a DVD as a data file.

It needs to be burned as an ISO or Image file. Every burning
program has instructions that are a little different.
Example, in my Nero6 you select "Recorder" on the row at
the top, and then "Burn Image".   HTH
