Hello Bill,

It seems you already have instructions for replacing the font. You can
download it at this site. You'll find it (Trebuchet MS Bold Italic) close to
the bottom of the page:

Subject: [PCSOFT] Storage Medium Error

I have recently begun to receive a Windows XP error message advising that
"the program I am in has caused an error and must be closed." I have
followed
the Microsoft "Workaround" that lead me to the file causing the problem. It
is
titled trebucbi.ttf and is in the C:\Windows\Fonts\ subdirectory. I was
advised to run CHKDSK /f, which I did. It did not cure the problem. The
instructions were then to copy over the file from a backup. My computer
came with
Windows XP installed, with no backup CD. How or where do I find a source
for this
file?
Thank you!

Bill Oates
