Do hope someone can help me.

I have been using Incredimail for some years now, totally successfully.  However, after downloading the Microsoft Service Pack 2, I am unable to send mail but can still receive it.  I downloaded the Incredimail Programme again, hoping that it would solve the problem, but it hasn't.  

Any suggestions?
