On the subject of fax programs. I have 2 programs but can not get either of
them to work. They are both speekerphone, answer machine and fax. In order
to install my modem I had to disable the com port it is on. So when trying
to set up the fax program I get "com port already open"  I felt it was odd
that I had to disable the com port in order to get the modem working (it
showed already opened when I would try to use it as enabled) but the
Computer Docotrs said that was right. Of course they didn't have any
suggestions on how to work the fax programs. So actually the only thing my
modem is doing is getting my online. Does anyone have any ideas on how to
fix this problem?
