A configuration error was detected in the CGI script; the SUB-TOP-BANNER template could not be found.

I am getting the following message periodically in Ami Pro:

Application Error
Ami Pro caused a stack fault in module LTSDLC02.DLL at 0001:20C3

Then I get the following message after the above application error

Application Error
Amipro caused a General Protection Fault in module AMIPROUI.DLL at module
0004:1156.

There seems to be no pattern to this occuring.  Other people in my office
don't have a problem.  I have removed and reinstalled the application,
removed the registry settings and scanned for corruption but nothing seems
to help.

I am running a HP VL P5/75 Computer with 16 megs of ram and Windows 3.1.

Anyone have any other ideas?
