Hello Listers,
I have a problem with my Explorer browser automatically loading every time I
connect to my provider. When I discconnect and then reconnect later it loads
another window.
I have looked in every menu that I can find in control panel, Explorer.  and
my dialer and I cannot find any place to turn this off. I know it can be
done, because it didn't operate this way before. I had to reformat and
reinstall because of a problem with a virus program. I would appreciate any
help or suggestions.
