I've had many versions of Netscape, beginning with 2.x.  I even had 6.0,
briefly.  So, foolishly, I installed the latest.  Netscape 6.1.

After installing it, while I was able to connect to the local pop, I was
not able to get past it.  No DNS.  Tracert did not even show the local pop,
it just sat there blinking at me.

So, I uninstalled Netscape 6.1.  Still nothing.  So, I restored the system
to yesterday afternoon, rebooted, and all's well.

The moral of this sad story is, I believe, install Netscape 6.1 at your risk.
