Howdy folks:

I have Ring Central telephony software bundled with my pc. It
seems to be a very nice piece of communications software that I've
used primarily to send and receive faxes.

My problem is that I can't receive a fax if I'm on the internet.

I have a designated phone line for my pc. Is there a way for me to
be able to both receive faxes (without giving the sender a busy
signal) as well as go "on line" at my leisure? What are my
options? Do I need to talk to the phone company and get a line
that rolls over? Seems like there must be a way but I don't know
exactly who or what to ask. Any ideas out there?

TIA

Bob
