I too have used Zone Alarm, and find it to be a most reliable program,
simple to install and use, in other words, you don't need to be a computer
guru to use it...I have in fact recommended it to my cousin who is 70+ years
young, (a newbie to computers) and his is very happy with the product...he
was able to install and configure it (not much to do there, it just asks
your permission for each application to have access to the internet).
Couldn't be easier...
Support is also very good for this product, in case you have questions...
