  I believe that this filetype is usually "RealAudio", intended to be played
back using RealPlayer.  Some versions of Windows Media Player are supposed
to support this format, but there may be variants that your version of WMP
doesn't handle.
  RealMedia has a basic version of RealPlayer available as a free download
from their web site.
