Norton Utilities has a Registry Tracker (It might only be a
part of Norton SystemWorks, so check to be sure.)
The problem is that so much changes, it is a problem
reading all the stuff, especially if you let it track all the time.
(Like most things Norton, you could always run it only when
needed...)
