Yes, depends what program. It's usually a registry entry, or possibly an
.ini entry.
Look for it under the relevant software sections of the registry, it'll be
a line something like "ShowWarning=0" (meaning off) or =1 (meaning on). See
if your program has an .ini file in its folder, or in the Windows
folder--you can edit this in Notepad.
