Jorge,
RTFIXM32.EXE is part of First Aid 98, and I believe my older Win3 version
had a file called RTFIXMON.EXE. It is a utility program that creates a
backup copy of your system registry files.
I think you have two choices, reinstall the application or disable it.
If you want to disable it, click START -- RUN -- SYSEDIT. In this
application, go to the window labeled WIN.INI. In that window look for the
line beginning with RUN= (or maybe LOAD=) and then delete the command which
loads/runs RTFIXMON.
If you want to reinstall.... someone else may be able to help you because I
don't know how/where you got that First Aid application. Maybe MS purchased
that one part of First Aid (they've done things like that before)
