Hi,

After sending my earlier post i realised i have forgotten to give a simple fix.

since you are able to access the "listserv" site for posting try accessing

www.mozilla.com and download their freeware "firefox" browser. it is very good and should solve your problem except for sites which insist on internet explorer.
