HI ALL AGAIN! IN MY FIRST POSTING I REQUESTED HELP BECAUSE
MY DESKTOP AND ICONS ETC WERE HUGE! AND DIDNT KNOW WHY. i
RE-INSTALLED WINDOWS 98 SE AND EVERYTHING WENT BACK TO THE
ORIGINAL SIZE BUT I STILL CANNOT ACCESS THE DISPLAY PANEL.
IM RECEIVING THE MESSAGE...."THE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR HAS
DISABLED THE DISPLAY PANEL." DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW I CAN FIX
THIS PROBLEM? THANK YOU AGAIN.
