Hi Mick,
I am assuming (bad thing to do) that you have numerous columns and that
(1) you want to be able to put a single %age to calculate for all columns
(2) you want to be able to change the %age
Let's say the columns are d3 to d22 and e3 to e22.
cell d23=sum(d3:d22) and e23=sum(e3:e22)
cell c24= 0.45
cell d24=d23*$c24 and e24= e23*$c24.
cell c24 can be altered to whatever %age you want and it will work on all
the columns.
