Try uninstalling the program, then go to the registry editor and remove the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Symantec key - if it exists. I suspect that it
may still be there. You did not indicate your operating system, so this is
just generic help. As always, be very careful when using a registry editor.
