 I have windows xp, and my computer is HP pavilion a305w. I have pictures to
back up and no matter what I do nothing works. I have tried everything that is
written for my computer and it still won't back up my pictures or files. I
thought I had solved it today, but to no avail. Have you any idea what steps to
