Problem: SD memory card not accessable.

I took a 64M SD memory card that I use at different times
with different formats, (in a digital camera, a Palm, and an
iPaq), and formatted it in a card reader with FAT32 in WinXP-Pro...

OR at least I tried. Now "nothing" will format it.
It seems to have a RAW file format, and/or no filesystem.

I have done a data recovery on it, and see data I would not like to
return under an RMA.

I need a program that will do an unconditional format on an SD
card. Is there such a thing?

The easy answer is to replace it, but I hate easy answers (and
it is replaced...)
