I think that trying to block even a small percentage of porn would be like
trying to bail a sinking boat with a tea strainer.
I think you would have better luck by logging internet activity AND
letting the employees know that they may be watched. Then if you find
someone, ACT. It's sad to say, but fear of detection is the best
deterrent.
