Hi I was going thru my download file and this file is in there   x_XĮ~IS_CMPX 
.  I am running win98SE.  The file has a windows flag on it and I haven't 
been able to open it.  I also cannot delete it it gives me the error " Cannot 
delete file: File system error ( 1026)"  Does anyone have any idea what it is 
or how I can get rid of it or do I need it?
