Assuming you follow all the "rules" and/or procedures for
whichever e-mail program this might happen to be,
moving the "actual data" should not be much of a problem...
You are "stretching the limit" of what is "convenient" to do,
but the following _will_ work. (And has for a number of years.)
Use WinZip to move the data in a disk spanning floppy set...
http://www.winzip.com (Buy once, upGRADES free for life...)
There is a "nagware" fully functional evaluation copy...
Support shareware vendors and buy _good_ software from them...
The only problem is the size, (WinZip will handle that VERY easily),
and one "gottcha" while making the ZIP file in the first place...
You must "make" the archive starting ON the floppy.
(You can not make this WinZip archive on the hard drive and then
split it TO the floppy with WinZip...)
You will swap disks a lot, but it is very safe and any errors WILL
be detected and announced when found.
The WinZip help file is very clear if you need further assistance.
