The subject line is in error,
But here goes anyway...
In e-mail programs like OutlookExpress, you
must tell the server to delete your mail
after you pick it up.  Check this setting.
In OutLook Express, Go to:
Tools, Accounts.
Click on the mail tab.
Select the Mail account you are having trouble with.
Select Properties.
Select the Advanced Tab.
In the Delivery section, DESELECT the box for
leaving a copy of messages on the server.
(There are other settings in this section you
could "play with" later.)
